Bigger room compared to the hotels I've been to. Front desk had great customer service. Dash was great at his job! Beds and pillow were comfortable! Only down side we had was there were no shower curtains when we woke up the next morning to shower. We made it worked and it didn't bother us.
Our stay was perfect, beautiful room, cozy bed and they use Dove brand for soap which is awesome. The room and hotel was clean. Was very impressed with the size of our room, front desk ladies were nice and helpful. Breakfast is decent and they have good options, can get a little crowded in there but lots of seating avail. Would deff recommend and stay again!
Very accommodating staff & venues, having reservable areas for family functions or corporate/business meetings/conferences. An easy place to navigate to amongst the cluster of commercial structures in the area, aside from the conditions of the winding roads that fork & branch from the main street & through the buildings — nothing a weeks worth of patchwork construction w/ tar couldn't mend. Plenty of parking lot spaces, given that I was there with my rather large family, while seemingly the numbers of other families that were booking rooms, rivaled my own people's numbers for a night. There's a gym, swimming area with separate kids & adult pools with varying depths at a decent size. Breakfast was amazing! Furthermore, if your party/family is large enough, the booking manager(s) may offer bulk/group discounts on a larger the normal amount of reserved rooms. Again, my family was quite hefty in number, so the staff at the front desk went above & BEYOND, getting us rooms as close together as possible for us all, at an unexpected & VASTLY appreciated rate per night (most staying two nights, very few for three). The only reason for the 1-star deduction, as I always start at a 5-start rating for any place & subtract based on the unfavorable, was that that upon entry into the hotel, one could not help but be DRASTICALLY overwhelmed with the aroma of chlorine from the pool area, which is QUITE far from the main entry and front desk. Though I DO understand the reason for heavy use of chlorine, being a public pool area with TWO pools, and multi-dozens of bodies entering them any given hour, it's MORE than warranted. My only suggestion in that regard, would be to double door the pool area and annex an isolated ventilation system, as the pool area's location is a semi- external zone that is fully enclosed with glass windows on all sides. As a person who loves winter weather, my GOODNESS does it get hot & humid in that swimming area, especially if you're a parent/guardian only there to watch over your young ones that WILL be taking a dip for a long while. Thankfully, the staff aren't too opposed to the side doors being opened for a short while, to allow the pool area to ventilate — best to just let them know that you're going to do so first. All in all, it's a place for rest, rejuvenation & gathering that I'm more that comfortable recommending! Safe travels & Rest Well!
Price point best hotel ever. Room was clean and the bed is confortable. The breakfast was very good as well.
The service by Zaida and Michael was friendly and helpful! They helped me to enjoy my week stay. The food was hot and plentiful. Zaida made sure to refresh the room daily and kept us with fresh towels. The location is ideal and conveniently located across from a nice strip mall and diner. The rooms got a three star only because I could tell the remodeling work was shotty and half done. Although clean and sanitized, the holes in the walls, missing towel bars, peeling grout, falling shower door, unusable outlets and old carpet were off putting. I would, however, give them one more chance to get those minor repairs fixed so that the quality of the aesthetics could match the great service.
I had a thoroughly enjoyable stay at the Holiday Inn Express. The room was spacious and well-appointed, with incredibly comfortable beds that made for a restful night’s sleep. The breakfast offered a great variety and was of excellent quality. I also appreciated the convenient amenities on-site, and the entire facility maintained a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. Overall, my experience was very positive, and I look forward to staying here again in the future.
The ONLY reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is that the room wasn’t cleaned as thoroughly as I would have hoped (there was a fake nail on the carpet in the corner and crumbs on the floor in hard-to-see places). Otherwise, the room was clean enough and the beds were incredibly comfy. The room was spacious and quiet, and everything worked properly. Breakfast was always well-stocked, fresh within expectations, varied, and delicious. Most notable was the service - absolutely outstanding. Over our two week stay in August, we had the pleasure of interacting with many different members of the staff and they were all lovely; cheerful and accommodating. Our only qualm was the lack of housekeepers or lack of accountability for thoroughness in cleaning; and even then, as I said, it was clean enough for a comfortable stay.
We had a clean room. The couch wasn't cleaned. Had hair and stains on it but I didn't use it. Other than that the room was clean and the hallways were nice.
